Yule Tide Table Centre
Crafted in an antique terracotta pot whose weathered surface still whispers of gardens past, this Yule Tide Table Centre brings the quiet poetry of an English winter woodland indoors. At its heart stands a hand-poured Cornish St. Eval taper, rising like a midwinter beacon, ready to cast a gentle glow across your table.
Each arrangement is composed solely of English-grown flowers, foliage, and berries — a gathering of bay, cedar, alder catkins, mossy lichens, and the feathery seedheads of wild clematis. Together they create a textural, movement-filled display: soft against spiky, glossy against weathered, evergreen against the pale velvet of winter seeddown. It feels as though it has been foraged from the hedgerow at first frost.
This piece looks striking placed alone as a festive focal point, yet becomes truly magical when paired or scattered in small clusters throughout the home — on a mantle, by a bedside, marching down a long dining table — each one adding a quiet, twinkling sprinkle of seasonal spirit.
To keep your arrangement fresh, each pot is lined with eco-cellophane to keep it watertight. Stand on a saucer, top up with water regularly, and when you’re not enjoying its glow, keep it somewhere cool to prolong its life and fragrance.
If you would like a different colour palette, a specific candle hue, or a larger, more dramatic centrepiece, please do get in touch — we would be delighted to create a bespoke design just for you.
