Is this a gift?

If you are gifting a class, please let us know and for an additional cost of £10, we can send out a small invitation package. Please provide a delivery address for this. Please write N/A if this is not required. Thank you.

Workshop and Masterclass T&Cs

Payment in full confirms your place on the workshop while also confirming the acceptance of our Ts & Cs below.

Payment is non-refundable; however if you do find that you are unable to keep your place, if within six weeks of the class date, we can give you credit to the full value of the workshop to use for another workshop or for flowers from us.

If you are unable to attend and contact us up to 14 days before the date of the course, we can give you 50% credit to use towards another workshop or for flowers from us at another time, unless we can fill your place in which case we are happy to give you a full credit.

Any cancellations up to 14 days before the date of the workshop do not attract a credit unless we can fill your place in which case we will happily give you a full credit.

You are in addition always free to nominate someone else to take your place.

If for any reason we have to cancel or postpone a workshop we will always offer you a full credit or refund.
