Studio Manager Role
Key role to our growing business focusing on administrative, business and operational support to our wonderful creative teams.
On site, 20 hours a week. Applications close 10/10/2025.
Responsibilities
Handling administrative tasks including invoicing and basic MI creation;
Managing inbox, communication, phone & email with suppliers and clients as appropriate;
Year planning and diary management internal and external, scheduling meetings;
Ordering of supplies and review of same, management of suppliers;
Coordination of freelancers;
Assistance with orderly management of the lifecycle of events from enquiry to execution;
Creating financial systems and reporting on budgets and expenses, management of same;
Filing and organising documents (soft and hard copy);
Filing and maintaining creative assets;
Review of systems and processes and suggestions for development, including software, payment solutions, banking;
Organisation and support of events and classes and collaborations;
Research as required;
Management and oversight of projects as appropriate.
